Washing Division
Pressure Washing Technician
Entry level role. No prior experience required but preferred. Must be reliable, able to work outdoors in all conditions, comfortable using ladders, and willing to learn soft washing and equipment operation.
Lead Pressure Washing Technician
2 plus years experience preferred. Must be confident running jobs independently, managing a crew, handling equipment, and communicating with customers. Strong attention to detail and leadership skills required.
Log Home Division
Carpenter Helper
Entry level position. Basic construction knowledge preferred but not required. Must be dependable, willing to learn, and able to assist with sanding, blasting prep, staining, and general job site support.
Carpenter
Experience in carpentry required. Must be comfortable with wood repair, use of tools, and working on exterior restoration projects. Ability to follow direction and maintain quality workmanship is important.
Journeyman Carpenter
Advanced level. Strong experience in log home repair, restoration, and structural work preferred. Must be able to work independently, lead projects, and ensure high level craftsmanship and efficiency on site.
